That would be Frequently Unasked Questions. And they’re called so for precisely this reason, not too many people ask them!

What the heck are “Content Solutions”?
Uh, good question! “Content Solutions” at Mool means consulting and content development to ensure the copy matter on your website, in your training manual or in your brochure makes for good reading.

You don’t want to spend a bunch of money developing a training manual that works better than a sleeping pill. You want it to be interesting AND communicate key learning to your trainee. Mool helps you make stuff like that.

Content Development? Means?
Ah yes, sorry about that. Simply put, Content Development is the process of actually writing and editing the copy matter that goes on your website (or e-learning program or brochure). Bad contetn development practises result in text liek this.

It also means no one reads your expensive brochure. Or those who do read it are left unimpressed. In other words, get us on the job and let us work our “magic”.

Yeah, whatever. So who runs the show at Mool?
This chap called Ajeya Row. If you ask us, he’s more running than show. (He’s run the Mumbai Half-Marathon twice already.) But besides running and other things, he’s a graduate in Mathematics from St. Xavier’s College (Mumbai) and a bit of a writer. Before starting up Mool, he worked at Tata Interactive Systems helping them develop e-learning programs for clients across geographies.

Why should I pick Mool?
Honestly, that’s an interesting question and it’s something we’ve asked ourselves when starting up. Why should you pick Mool? Mmm… if you were to ask what really sets us apart, it would be the creative impetus and ideas coupled with discipline and quality work. It’s our ability to give your content a different spin and tone that would be/should be the reason for choosing us.

Does Mool do the visual design and tech integration for projects they undertake?
Nope. We’re the content development gang. However, we can:
a. work with your visual designers and tech team OR
b. get our visual design and tech partners to work on your project.

Either way, we’re cool.
